www.sucijewelrybali.com is an online platform provided exclusively for your personal use, offering jewelry and  accessories.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Suci Jewelry reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking this page periodically for any updates.

In all circumstances, we emphasize clear and effective communication, as our primary objective is to establish and maintain a relationship with our customers founded on mutual trust.

If these conditions are unclear, we encourage you to contact us prior to making your purchase to address any questions or concerns.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY



Suci Jewelry is deeply committed to protecting the originality and craftsmanship of its creations and takes intellectual property protection very seriously.

“Suci Jewelry” is a registered domain name. Other forms of intellectual property that are protected, whether registered or unregistered, include brand names, images, illustrations, logos, photographs, graphics, text, and designs. Any reproduction, partial or complete, modification, or unauthorized use of this intellectual property, for any purpose and on any platform, is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Suci Jewelry.

SHIPPING



All orders placed on our website are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

Suci Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit with the courier service.

ORDERING WITHIN INDONESIA



We offer free delivery for shipments across Indonesia using standard shipping. Requests for expedited or alternative shipping methods will incur additional fees. 

ORDERING OUTSIDE INDONESIA



Before finalizing your payment, all shipping fees are automatically calculated by FedEx during checkout. Please note that fees vary depending on the destination of the package.


Suci Jewelry is not responsible for customs or duties applied to your shipment. We recommend researching these fees in advance to budget accordingly. Payments will not be refunded for shipments refused or abandoned.

However, we offer free shipping for orders over USD 300. Please note, you will remain responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Some orders may be subject to customs or import duties. Suci Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates, as they are determined by your country’s regulations. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

All charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Orders cannot be returned to the sender, and Suci Jewelry will not cover these charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay customs fees, your parcel may be abandoned, and Suci Jewelry will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred.

DELIVERY



Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Friday. However, some orders may take 3–4 business days to process.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT+8, Bali Time) on business days will typically be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

​

For international orders, parcels are shipped via FedEx with a tracking number, delivering to any destination worldwide .


For domestic orders within Indonesia, the shipping will be arranged with the most suitable courier based on the destination.

An email with the tracking number will be sent, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES



If an item does not meet your expectations or you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request an exchange, store credit, or refund*. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please email us at sucijewelrybali@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, proof of purchase, photos of the items and packaging, and the reason for your return.

If the item is defective or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including clear pictures of the item. Once confirmed, you may return the item for a replacement.

Please note: You are responsible for returned items until they reach us. We recommend using a secure, traceable shipping service.

For returns outside Indonesia, shipping costs are your responsibility. Suci Jewelry will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS



All our jewelry is handmade in a Balinese workshop. Despite our meticulous production process, slight imperfections may occur.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days. We will replace the item after receiving the faulty piece. Note that return shipping costs outside Indonesia are the customer's responsibility.

All parcels must be opened in the presence of the courier to verify the contents. Failure to do so may void any claims for missing or damaged items, and Suci Jewelry cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.

WARRANTY COVERAGE



Warranty Coverage
We provide a 2-month (60-days) warranty from the date of purchase for all jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakages that occur under normal use.

Repairs Outside the Warranty Period
After the warranty period expires, repairs and servicing may be carried out at the customer’s expense. Items requiring repair must be returned to us, with shipping fees borne by the customer. Repair costs will be assessed after the item has been inspected by our craftsmen. A detailed estimate will be provided, and repairs will only proceed upon receiving the customer’s written approval.

Warranty Claims
For items that experience breakage within the warranty period (60 days), repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, while we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to the customer.

Faulty Items
In the case of faulty items, the customer must notify us within 5 days of receiving the order by sending clear photographs of the item along with a detailed description of the issue. Once the fault is confirmed, we will issue written authorization for the item’s return. Customers are required to ship the item back to us at their expense. For additional details, please refer to the section on "Defective and Damaged Items."

JEWELRY CARE



Each piece of our jewelry is handmade using natural materials wherever possible, including hand-carved gemstones, gold-plated, and sterling silver metals. Our aim is to provide you with unique and refined pieces that deserve special care.

To maintain their beauty, avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, which can damage the plating and metals. It is best not to wear your jewelry while swimming, exercising, or engaging in activities that might expose it to such elements.
